Updated Review: This screen sucks. The touchiness continues and seems like it wouldn't be that bad but I can't talk on the phone anymore. It will push mute, then switch screens and be on a setting screen or something by the time I look at it. The sound is not working properly either.Well, the install went ok, lots of tiny screws though and if you drop one it's gone forever. Got it all assembled and it worked! However, whenever I get a phone call my cheek continuously touches the keypad for some reason. The screen is super touchy, to the point where it impairs function at times.

The screen from this vendor does not work. This was my second time replacing an iPhone screen in which the first was with an iPhone 6 and the screen, which was from a different vendor, worked fine. I felt quite confident I got a good working screen from this vendor considering they advertise that they test twice and the overall positive reviews (in hindsight, the 8 reviews is pretty small). I have to say, their statement that they test twice may be a bs statement. Also, as I worked with the tools provided, I noticed they were of poor quality in which the plastic of the guitar pick and wedge quickly degraded as I pulled the screen from the back side of the phone. Also, the suction cup did not work well and was useless. Considering this was my second experience in replacing an iPhone screen, I thought I did a really thorough and good job. After connecting the three cables from the screen to the main body, to my disappointment, the screen did not turn on. I'm at loss for words actually since this effort took me an hour to dismantle and replace. Also, the screen edge is a little warped and not even throughout. Furthermore, the screen surface is not smooth and has a cheap plastic feel. I caution against buying this particular screen.UPDATE: I took my iPhone with the replacement glass intact to the phone to a highly rated iPhone repair shop. The repair guy thought he could repair in 30 min, his typical repair time rate, but could not. He then asked if he could diagnose for 24 hrs and figure out why the screen will not turn on. He determined that the replacement screen had short circuited my phone and will the original screen will not even turn on. He asked where I bought this screen from and seemed speechless.
