It includes a compressed 'towel' to clean your feet off. But after I got it wet I realized it was a face mask? I still used it to clean my feet and it did not work very well.The footpads are odd. They are like KT tape in the shape of a foot. So if you stretch it, it won't stick. Also,only the big toe is separated from the others. The four small toes are connected.So far they haven't been sticking to my feet for very long, even when I'm just sitting down, but I'm going to keep trying.Update:I still can't get them to stick. I occasionally have sweaty feet, but I've even tried them while sitting down the whole time and they just fall off. I've tried no stretch, stretch, rubbing it until it's warm, applying so there are no bubbles, etc. Doesn't matter. They always come right off. Don't waste your time get barefoot shoes. Do not buy for beach. The force of the ocean rips them partially off in about 10 seconds. May b ok for Pool. I returned.

They were hard to put on your feet and they started rolling up and coming off within minutes of wearing them.
