This came to me with no instructions to use as a guide or ways to secure bags to legs. The design does'nt allow for guide on how to use : does both the penis abd scrotum go into urinal or just penis, how is it supposed to seal when lying down, or is it meant to be used at night. just a product in a white box with tubes and bags! Really a disappointment!

I bought this for my husband after he had his 4th stroke. He was up every 2 hours to go to the bathroom. Neither he nor I got much sleep with that happening. He has been home for a week now and in the beginning, it took a bit to get it right and not to spill. We have not had any spills due to the product. It has a very good seal all the way around. It has been a very useful product for us! We are both more rested now and happier.

Works great when sitting or standing. Not so much when horizontal.Dad was thrilled with the results when on an airplane and seated at dinner.

He couldn't get used to it. It takes a little adjusting, and a bit of patience.... both of those my husband lacks.

They do not offer any secure means to keep the tubing from coming loose from the bottom of vinyl cup during sitting and standing.. The vent hole stopper on top can pop loose and cause a urine overflow. I had to super glue it shut. If you are larger than 40 inches in the waist you are out of luck. They do not offer larger sizes or extension straps. Not suitable for bed ridden patients.

Worked perfectly for my elderly parent. He can sleep at night without soiling the bed. Yay!

I have bought multiple sets but bag don't last...they start to leak ...poor quality ... Can't keep buying bags due to them leaking..very disappointed
