We have a coffee shop that makes a ton of cold pressed coffee and we need strong 4 gallon filters to do this effectively. The Alto brand is the best so far in my opinion - albeit a little pricey - because it is stronger than the others and doesn't leave an aftertaste. I have ripped quite a few of the other bags so the price is definitely comparable so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these!

The new filter material completely throws off the extraction rate for commercial systems. Your previous cold brew recipes will not work with these filters. Adjust your grind/extraction time accordingly.
