Feels professional, but...
This is a serious cooking pot. The metal is 1/4-inch thick and the pot is heavy. It heats up quickly. I followed directions and seasoned three times before use. A bit annoying. My first meal, I made long-simmered meat sauce. Cleaned up like a dream. The second meal I boiled 2 lbs of pasta. The salt/starch from the water seemed to discolor my pot up to the water line, permanently. It no longer looks brand new, but it still functions well, so I'm keeping it. I don't like how hot the handles get. 20 quart is a bit overkill for my ordinary stove, but I love the wide diameter. I wish they made a 16-18 quart version in the same line. My former stock pot was way too deep and narrow.

Topless Pot!
It doesn't come with a top! I'm not happy with that! Who sells a pot without a top! I will be returning this pot.Not Happy!

Not safe.
This sauce pot has been used to boil water for a few days and is already degrading, just look at the pictures. I don't understand how they met the NSF, aluminum in food is surely not recommended.
