NoiseBlockerBlackSilent Fan XM-1-40mm

I bought this fan to replace a faulty one on one of my 3D printers and I am happy to say that these will be my new go to as others I have tried haven't lasted long.This fitted as a direct replacement for the right hand fan on my Anycubic i3 Mega hot end box but the ends did need soldering to fit a new connector. Its incredibly quiet compared to my last one and if your mind gets distracted you can forget its on so keep that in mind.I would recommend if you are ever replacing the hot end on your printer (which you likely will) because the hotbox will be removed to give the fan a little clean to remove any dust and hopefully extend the life cycle.I guess time will tell on performance later on down the line but so far so good and i am scoring this good value for money even though its a lot more pricier than some.

I bought this to replace the hot end fan on my ender 3 and was stunned at the silence. However, within days the printer was suffering from clogs, failing every print I tried. Putting a more powerful fan back on fixed the problem. I wish a fan this quiet could move enough air, but sadly not!

It is a quieter fan but not silent. I am unsure about its cooling. Doesn’t move as much air as it’s predecessor.

Bought to replace the VERY noisy fan in my DVR. It did seem like removing the lid made the stock fan quieter but still it was clear to see, or rather hear the difference when I plugged this one in - lid or no lid.I had to adapt the exiting 2-pin connector to the 3-pin one here but not an issue. As for the "power" I'm not sure its all that applicable here, my reasons for purchase was to keep some fan but reduce the noise so I'm happy. Previously (on an older DVR) I ended up unplugging the fan completely but think this added to the demise of the system overall so was keen to keep some airflow this time.

Worked fine for about 2 days then styarted making a high pitched whining noise, just loike most cheap fans with poor bearings / lubrication.Replaced with noctua fan, that has been fine for a couple of months now

The fan is definitely quiet compared to the stock fan - Now all I can hear is the Other 5015 fan on my extruder!.However, it's 12v so needs a step down from 24v. I had thought going from 24v to 12v might give me trouble keeping my TMC2208s drivers cool enough, but after 2 weeks of solid printing no trouble with overheating drivers to shift more than enough air than the.Gor the price, it's a grea tlittle fan

Good little fan. Shifts plenty of air whilst remaining reasonably 'silent'. I paid about £6 but they have doubled the price! For that money I would go for a Noctua instead.

Utilisés pour ventiler une Raspberry Pi dans une borne d’arcade. Très silencieux, et a priori efficaces, aucun souci rencontré dans mon cas.

Ich habe ein EVGA NForce 790i Ultra SLI, den daraufsitzenden Lüfter habe ich mit diesem großartigem Noiseblocker ausgetauscht, etwas was ich schon vor 10 Jahren hätte tun sollen.Weit über die Hälfte leiser und kein störendes Geräusch, Temparaturen besser und optisch um einiges schöner.

Guter Lüfter macht gut wind, und extrem leise...

Al conectar y desconectar dos veces para acomodar el cable, resulta que se soltaron los cables del 3pin. ¿Defecto de ensamblaje o fabricación? ¿Mala suerte? Una pena, porque es realmente silencioso.
