Seller does not honor the 5 year warranty and they do break . Ever light i have had the Veg panels go out .. I would think its cheap drivers . but 5 year warranty . I just keep buying and sending the bad ones back .. other then that these are Very nice grow lights . I have tried alot of the other brands and was not impressed . I see alot of new ones i would like to try . But I am stuck with these . I payed $489 and i see they are like $230 .. Works good for budding, but one unit has 2 fans that fell apart inside the light and 2 red COBs are out after less than 1 year of use. LEDs are good, but drivers and fans not so good. Can't find any way to collect on 5 year warranty.

the warranty is no good !!! hard to get items fixed or replaced, very bad service in replacing veg panels,panel went out after 3 weeks running at 12 hours/7, they wasted so much of my time here over this. They then said too much time passed after all the back and forth, 5 times !!! and suddenly no records of my asking for replacement panels or all new light fixture, AVOID THIS PRODUCT !!!, GREAT PRICE, NICE LIGHT DID WELL WHEN WORKING RIGHT,*** BUT NOT WORTH THE HASSLES TO FIX OR REPLACE. Panels and lights should be stocked state side for easy customer replacements and service as any good large company would do being smart as they claim.*** BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE / DEALING WITH CHINA CUSTOMER SERVICE THREW AMAZON IS VERY SILLY :(pictured one panel is out 3 days later another panel went out - And no replacements !!!my worst experience ever here in 10 years dealing with Amazon Prime, everything was fine and great till this product purchase , very disappointed in services from Amazon with this item.WILL NOT PURCHASE AGAIN !

i bought this light 1 year ago and it deosnt work already. couldn't find cotact info but found maxbloom email on facebook. they immediately responded and sent me replacement part. lights are badase

I started a grow of bruce banner 3 under HPS and then switched over to this LED and the buds took off. If I had to say this grow is now ahead of my other grow by two weeks. I will be buying 2 more for my other tents, the tents are 4x4 and this light covers everything in the tent. Buy this LED you will be happy you did.
