Good quality selenium which easy to swallow because of size and do not have any aftertaste. I got this supplement for the good benefits offering. I just start to take them two weeks ago so I think it is too early to feel any benefit of it, but will update the review later if I get them. This supplement will last for two months if it's taken by recommended dosage so it is a good value for this price.

These supplements come nicely presented and packaged.On removing the lid there is a tamper seal so that you know these haven't been interfered with.The tablets are quite small, probably only 2-3 mm across which makes them easy enough to swallow although there's no coating to help with swallowing.There is also no describable taste or small to these supplements which adds to the 'pop and forget' aspect.I've only been taking these for a couple of weeks and as yet I've seen no tangible improvements in anything that selenium is supposed to help with, for me it was to improve my nail health as they often get brittle.I'll update this review at the end of the 60 day supply if I see any improvements.Verdict: Well presented product at a reasonable cost of just over 20p per tablet.

Got these as it claims to help immune system hair and nails and other things, for me i have noticed my nails seem stronger but as for my immune system I'm still feeling lethargic and sneezing, blowing my nose, take 1 tablet per day so last for 2 months, tablets are tiny and no smell or taste so easy to take, wouldn't get again.

These tables are easy to swallow, there is not any flavour that you don’t like it , as per benefit have to keep going with the tables and to see the positive effect.

These Selenium Tablets are small and kind of chalky in texture but are easy to swallow. There are 60 small tablets in this large container so the container is mostly empty. The container has a seal on it when you first open it. The recommended dose is one a day so this pack would last you approximately two months if you take it every day. Selenium is an anti-oxidant and also is supposed to aid with a good sleep but I'm taking it for it's potential prostate benefits.
