Q: Is anyone else bothered by the books being upside down in the product photo?

No, I figured I would put mine however I wanted the product picture just gave me an idea of the size.

Q: I lost the instruction book for this how can I find it can you email me a copy of the instruction manual

Sorry at this time, I cannot scan all the pagers of the instruction manual to send to you. Have you check with the original source--Amazon? or maybe YouTube who seem to have a lot of "stuff" that helps us.

Q: I saw the video - but want a printed sheet of instructions. I did not get paper instructions in the box - can I find them online?

The only video was on Amazon product ordering site or maybe YouTube but the video only featured the bottom file drawer and it's assembly--a bit challenging even with the video. Paper instructions came with this product. Perhaps Amazon can help you with a download of a manual.
