Exactly as needed and it great used condition

I could NOT no matter how I tried, get though the state manual. And yes you need to because your state has different laws then other states and different driving conditions. I think they should put out a state supplement. This was not a dream easy no sweat no problem, but it was doable.

Bought it for my son to study for exam. Worked well
