If the tool fell or isn’t accurate anymore, you can calibrate it on a levelled ground, according to the sticker on the back or as explained in the manual.

How do I know which way to lift the tool, so it gets levelled?

On the front the coloured LED arrows indicate in which way to move the tool. On the top, the side with the coloured LEDs must be lifted.
