This was recommended by a friend I work with. I exercise a lot and I do a lot weight training. I have a very bad back and bad knees. I find it hard to bend. After a week of using this product I noticed my joints well less sore and had a bit more flexibility than normal. The package was delivered fast. The smell though isn’t pleasant and some might fit it hard to swallow. Def recommend this for my grandparents

My knee used to drop and after 2 torn discs I had back weakness. I also swear by Musselflex cream but hardly useit at all now by just taking one tablet a day
