The pumps make your muscles feel full. The burn is tremendous. And hours after my workout I am still hungry. I have to figure out this hunger issue. I have eaten all day.

This is the best Creatine Nitrate there is. Works just like creatine with the added nitrates. Increases nitric oxide and blood flow, leading to a better "pump" in the gym.

Made my stomach colic, but otherwise would have worked. Heard it was a better alternative than creatine monohydrate.
