The handkerchiefs don't loss much (if any) size going through a hot dryer cycle; I’m a guy and I don’t make washing clothes a science or a gala affair – it’s just something that has to be done because clothes must be clean – and fresh underwear, socks and hankies available every day (as if you want to know all that)! :>) And when the handkerchiefs are folded -- even after left in a cold dryer for a day or so, they do so nicely. They are still whiter than all the other handkerchiefs in the drawer, but they are the most wrinkled. The edges curl up and crease. I was determined to conquer the tendency to wrinkle around the edges by ironing them when they were new, expecting them to eventually retain the flat edges, but they never did. If the wrinkles don't bother you, or you love freshly ironed handkerchiefs, I recommend these. They are absorbent. Unfortunately I won't be buying these again.
