Unsure about the buckwheat seeds but still very tasty!
What a great product! I'm in the camp that tends to view buckwheat seeds as not being totally paleo (even if sprouted) so probably wouldn't have purchased if I had read the ingredients more thoroughly. I was glad I did through; if you're happy with the inclusion of buckwheat seeds this is a great product. The consistency and taste are amazing and easily satisfies those granola cravings.
