Hang the wind chimes away from other light sources, or it will not light up automatically at night. For example, do not install it under street light. The lights will only be trigger in dark environment due to light sensor system. Always keep the switch "ON" if you want the wind chimes lights to work. The switch is at the down side of the disc. To check the work condition of the wind chimes lights, cover the solar panel with your palm to see whether it lights up.
