Butter is better than margarine
I had a long conversation with a nutritionalist who told me the body can tolerate natural fats better than synthetic fats and because margarine and some of the so-called "butter" tubs are synthetic, I was advised if you want butter just have butter just have less of it and use its sparingly so I buy Lurpak butter and unsalted to be healthier and it tastes divine!

Perfect For Pastry
Weight the raw eggs and whisk put aside . Same weight of eggs beat sugar and butter till well beaten . Slowly add beaten eggs until well mixed Fold in same weight of self raising flour. . Share into 6 inch sponge tins. Place into preheated 375F oven and cook until cooked. Make jam sandwich and butter icing .
