I was really apprehensive about buying a refurbished phone as you don’t get to see the exact phone you’ll be buying beforehand. It’s all a bit of a gamble, but felt confident knowing this was covered under the 30 day Amazon return policy. I needn’t of worried. The iPhone 14 128gb yellow phone I received just absolutely pristine. I couldn’t believe in was a secondhand refurb. There wasn’t even so much as a fine scratch on it. It has 95% battery health and was amazing value at £305 way cheaper than anywhere else I’d be looking on the high street. Transferring from my old iPhone 12 to the iPhone 14 was slick quick and easy via iCloud. The phone arrived with a flat battery, but once charged up it was fine. Holds charge well. I’m assuming it’s still got all original Apple parts as no error messages have popped up. I’m really really impressed. Arrived the next day via Prime. Alarmed that no signature was required. Alarming it might have been left on my doorstep had we not been in 🤔. It was delivered in an unmarked box with a brand new changing cable (can’t prove or disprove it’s an Apple cable or not), and a sim pin. The phone was well protected in a well-fitting blow-up sectioned bubble bag. Absolutely love my new phone. Highly recommended

Described as excellent condition and priced as such but came with noticeable scratches on the back around the camera lense. Otherwise it’s a good phone although the battery life is already starting to drop

I know people are going to get a little anxious when getting a phone that's refurbished and you hear nightmares about click & get UK, so I wanted to clarify my experience to help ease people's worries. I ordered the purple iPhone 14 in excellent condition and it came in exactly that. It's without visual damage and seemingly no issues with the actual phone. The capacity of battery health is 88% which is good and normal for a phone like this. While mine looks brand new, you have to remember it isn't and sometimes it can be hit and miss, but if you get a phone that says it'll be excellent - it will be. I made sure to do my research on this retailer before purchasing and I could see how the bad reviews on things like trip advisor, but this serves as a reminder that those reviews are outdated and this company has clearly changed in that aspect. Also, for more reassurance - You're buying from Amazon. You're protected by Amazon. If there was an issue, they would resolve it for you. The phone currently charges correctly, it sounds perfect and like an iphone and is in the correct colour. If you're worried, please trust in me: someone who was extremely anxious before getting this phone. Thank you!

I’m very happy with this phone. The quality is excellent for the price. It arrived clean and in great condition, and so far it has been very reliable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good refurbished phone.

Ordered acceptable quality, overall no scratches on the back whatsoever, a few on the screen but overall in amazing quality, when trying to put a screen protector on it creates bubbles on the sides as if the phone screen isn't straight, I'm suspecting it was replaced and not put on correctly? other than that the phone is fine :)

Arrivato in tempi brevissimi, ben imballato e nella confezione non originale ma marchiata dal venditore! Cavo di ricarica nuovo, il telefono l'ho preso in condizioni Eccellenti, da tabella la batteria dove a essere almeno all'85%...il mio dava 98%!! NUOVO, esteticamente perfetto, mi ritengo molto soddisfatto! Essendo un regalo per mio figlio l'ho testato e sembrerebbe funzionare tutto perfettamente! Mi riservo la possibilità di modificare la recensione in seguito dopo un periodo di uso giornaliero...per ora⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ meritatissime!!! Venditore phone-buddy raccomandato!!!

Ik ben niet tevreden over de telefoon. De zijknop doet het niet en ook blijkt het een ‘Amerikaans’ model te zijn waardoor onderdelen om het te repareren heel moeilijk te verkrijgen zijn. Ik heb echt spijt van de aankoop!

Heel blij mee toestel ziet er keurig uit zoals ze omschreven uitstekende staat. Misschien fijner geweest als accu 100% geweest was maar 95% nog steeds prima. Gewoon goed binnen dag geleverd!

Fue un regalo para mi hijo y tenía mis dudas por ser de segunda mano. He de decir que me llegó en un estado impecable, 0 ralladuras y muescas. Funciona perfectamente como si fuera nuevo. Voy a contar los inconvenientes, pero que tampoco lo son porque a mí me interesa el producto y me funciona al 100%, solo lo digo para la gente no se lleve una sorpresa. La primera es que no viene con una caja original de Apple (pero si está bien guardado y la cajita es bonita), lo siguiente es que el cargador no es original de Apple y por último al final me vino con la batería totalmente vacía. Pero vuelvo a decir, lo que importa es que el producto funcione y esté en perfecto estado y así me llegó, lo demás para mí es pura estética. Yo y mi hijo estamos contentos con él.
