I wear this everyday. It is quite heavy, but not too much. It comes with a simple rope string thing that you have to cut to the right length, and then tie in a knot. The only part that looks cheap are the little blue gems, but honestly they still look fine. Love it!EDIT:The gems have fallen out, but I bought this in July 2017 and its now March 2018 so I still think its worth the purchase. The gems were small anyway, and it still looks absolutely fine without them! <3
