Excellent product. This is the third collar we've tried and the only one that really works. The bleep is enough,it refocuses our parson j.r.t. without distressing her. Just the sight of the remote is enough to bring her to order. It is rechargeable which is a big plus. It is a little more expensive but well worth the extra. 'Buy cheap, buy twiice'

This is brilliant. So easy to use and definitely waterproof . My walks with my young lurcher are now a pleasure instead of a worry . The collar, only on half power, has stopped him chasing joggers and cyclists and lying down in black lagoons. No more running off with golf balls either. The tone and the vibrate just make him stop what he's doing and come back to me.

AS I have said my boy is savvy and tends to behave when I put the collar on, but now he is well relaxed and just treats it as his collar. He responds well to both vibration and sound. So all in all a very very good buy.

I got this for my nearly-one-year-old standard poodle. I've only had her 8 weeks, before that she was running wild with the other dogs on the breeder's farm. She knew nothing! Once her confidence came up, everything was a distraction and recall was getting more and more stressful. She gets hopelessly over-excited if she sees other dogs and will not come away from them. Small dogs get terribly intimidated and she has rolled them over and then bounced on them. There is absolutely no malice there, just excitement and sheer joie de vivre. I needed something to get her attention in these situations. I have used the collar for 2 days now, and my stress levels have improved a lot. She still gets over-excited, but using a combination of sound first, then vibration if she's still not listening, she responds to my calls much faster, if not immediately, and I am hoping that soon we won't be such a pariah on the beach and at the park. Today she came back a few times on the sound signal only, she's obviously twigged that if she doesn't listen to that the collar will vibrate, and she does not like that. I've only given 4 stars because there seems to be very little, if any, range of intensity with the sound/ vibrate, and I had to put it up to full strength to get her to respond at all, which means if she gets used to it, there's no place left to go. I was HUGELY impressed by the fact that the collar still worked even after she'd been bouncing around in the sea chasing seagulls. The set seems to be robust and good quality, it was very well packaged and there were good instructions, it also arrived very fast. Lastly, the collar slides about on her neck despite being fitted tightly - I don't know if this makes it less affective, but I suspect so.

Excellent in every way, not cruel to use, as it has 3 settings, a tone or vibrate or a light . It is a misconception that they give an electric shock .My dog responds well to the tone & it has stopped her running off into the distance. She hears the tone,stops ,looks around & on my whistle comes back.

Very helpful using with our Labrador who used to go off head down on a scent & ignore my commands . She is aware once the collar is worn to behave & I’ve only used the sound & vibration initially, just wearing the collar seems to do the trick. Long may this continue.

We have a rescue lab with several problems, and we were at our wits end, until we got this collar, she has responded so well to it, and our home and walks are so much more relaxed, I am now waiting to purchase the second one for my other little dog , Would recommend this to anyone!

Works in the home where there are few distractions, however ineffective outside as the vibration isn't strong enough to deter motivated behaviour.Would be better if the audio was louder and could be done at the same time as a strong vibration, however for minor behaviour problems works well enough.
