Product description Essentially, these are the Spanish version of traditional British pork scratching. In Spain these are called 'torreznos' and the defining characteristic is that they have some of the solid fat attached, giving a much more satisfying, artisan texture and flavour as compared to the light, puffy ones that have none of the fat attached. Ingredients Pork rind with fat fried in its own fat.

Tastes disgusting!
I can't even describe the taste, but it's utterly disgusting. Some of the rinds are good, but the overall taste is terrible, very artificial.
