The lid is somehow not able to be fixed on to the body two days after I receive this. Now every time I want to use this, I need to press the lid to prevent it from embarrassingly dropping to the ground.

First, the actual lid is kinda hard to get on correctly but I found it's because it fits very snuggly on the plastic insert that the filter goes in. Once I straightened it out it fit find.On to the pH - I'm putting 2 photos. The light green one is tap water and the blue/purple one is from this pitcher. And it's new water as in I just filled it to get the sample... It works, and it's inexpensive compared with the other alkaline water pitchers on here. I'm buying one for my office as well!!! I just calibrated my digital pH monitor and it's reading 9.6 and my tap water is 7.1!!!Edit on July 2, 2018 - my pitcher unfortunately came apart at the seam and the seller IMMEDIATELY sent me a new one no questions asked. Great seller and good product, just be easy on the pitcher :)

Lid won’t stay on after the first week. Little black specs coming from the filter. Definitely disappointed that the top falls off and you have to hold it on to pour.

love this picture...tested the PH and it is higher than the bottled water. excellent.

Used it for about a month and the display stopped working.
