This is Christmas in a box. If you love the film and love the festive season then this really is the purchase for you. Never have I been so excited to open up something I bought from amazon. I pondered over buying this for a long time because of the price, but then I thought to myself, each time a use this (which may only be a few times in a year) it will make me and my family smile - priceless and that for me was what made up my mind.It’s heavier than you think it will be and very sturdy. You’ll get several small gifts free with it, the poster was a bit of a non-entity because, well who wants a poster, but the hat and fairy lights were good and a moose head bottle opener is always handy. It comes wilts 4 glasses which were very well packaged (as was everything else). The ladle is plastic but you need it to be when using it on glass.I don’t normally write reviews but decided to for this. I can’t wait for Christmas now.

Bought this for my partners christmas present, National Lampoons is his favourite ever christmas film and i thought this would be the best gift! I was not wrong!As well as the huge punch bowl and the 4 glasses (all of which are individually boxed with plenty of packing protection) you get a Griswold family portrait (which we now have framed and comes out at christmas!), a set of coasters, a santa hat with bells and a small string of xmas lights and an egg nogg recipe!Needless to say when he opened the box a huge erruption of laughter followed! I even followed the egg nog recipe in the box which was delicious and we spent the night in fits of laughter as we posed with our Wally world glasses!If you're put off by the price, i get it. But seriously don't be. The quality is excellent and you will always have an excellent ice breaker and conversation piece for gettogethers!

I'VE WANTED ONE OF THESE EVER SINCE I FIRST SAW THE FILM. IT IS GOOD QUALITY HEAVY GLASS. I WAS DUBIOUS ABOUT HOW IT WOULD TRAVEL AND WAVERED ABOUT WHETHER OR NOT TO BUY.NO NEED TO HAVE WORRIED. EACH ITEM IS TIGHTLY PACKED IN ITS OWN BOX [well padded} AND IS THEN PACKED IN A BIGGER BOX. THIS WILL BE EXCELLENT ON THE TABLE AT CHRISTMAS PROBABLY AS A DISPLAY WITH MINI LIGHTS INSIDE THE ITEMS.

Fantastic gift idea, something that will be treasured for many years to come! Was really well packed yet the picture was torn. But overall we were really pleased and finally enjoyed a boozy egg nog!

Have wanted one for years...thought it was a bit pricey but have genuinely never been so excited for an Amazon delivery...can’t wait for Eggnog Christmas Eve.

Absolutely incredible gift for my son and daughter in law for Christmas. They LOVE it !! Will hopefully remain in the family for years to come. Mulled wine will never be the same .......
