**Q: Is this product produced using a cold filtered procedure?  is it non-gmo?**
A: I wanted to know as well. Finally contacted Nutricost AND they had to contact the manufacturer and this is the response I received moments ago:
The whey protein isolate unflavored 5 lb. is cold pressed. Here is the information on the BCAA's as well.

**Q: Where does the sugar come from in the unflavored?  all others i see which are pure whey isolate do not have any sugar.  is this added sugar?**
A: There are no added sugars.  Those are the natural sugars in wpi

**Q: Can it be mixed in food**
A: Mix it with coffee with for an added boost of caffeine to your workout.

**Q: Does this protein provides bcaas or glutamine**
A: Whey protein has a full BCAA profile, so yes it contains BCAAs and glutamine (glutamine is a BCAA).
