Product Description Scotland's finest Twin Atlantic are back and on a mission for global domination with their new album 'Great Divide', released August 18th on Red Bull Records. Recorded during months of festival performances and a sold out tour, the album reflects the challenges of being on the road and the thrill of performing to tens of thousands of fans each night. Anyone who has seen the band live will recognise the passion the group incite from their fans, and this has clearly influenced the record. The album was largely recorded with Gil Norton at Rockfield in Wales, a studio steeped in music folklore, with the band using the very piano 'Bohemian Rhapsody' was recorded on, before putting the finishing touches on the record in LA with Jacknife Lee. Album includes the hit singles 'Heart & Soul' and 'Brothers & Sisters'

Nazareth, The Skids, Big Country, Gun, Simple Minds - TA are the latest BIG thing to come out of Scotland !
Although I'm now in my late 50's - I still buy the occasional CD based on a song I've heard when my youngest has had "Kerrang" on the TV !The latest was the brilliant "Heart & Soul" by Twin Atlantic - the latest in a long line of superb bands to come out of Scotland - following the likes of Nazareth, The Skids, Big Country, Gun, Simple Minds etc.The album is great, but if you're in any doubt, play "Heart & Soul" - LOUD !!!! You'll be compelled to buy this !

Good Work, No Suprises.
Great Divide is a nice addition to their catalogue but nothing to startle off established fans. Some stand out moments but not as many as on Vivarium or Free but still worth a purchase. The singles are the super high points, Heart and Soul is an awesome stomper (although I wish the intro lasted longer so the first verse hits harder, but that's just me) and Brothers and Sisters does that thing they do so well by getting you all emotional without using the usual tired tricks.B-I forecast big changes on the next one.

Definitely worth a listen!
It's the first Twin Atlantic album I've listened to, and it really is quite good, it's a shame that there are a few 'filler' style songs though. Some really good ones in the mix as well though, if you like pop rock it's a good catchy album!

Great album.
Bought this as a present for my son in law, but sneakily took advantage of the autorip. Great album.

Biffy Clyro 2.0
Twin Atlantic set my hopes so high with Free. Great Divide is a much tamer, more radio-friendly effort. For fans of Biffy Clyro and Snow Patrol. Not a terrible record, just not that great either.
