For those of you blessed with children who don’t set all types of fires to your home, you may not need this product. Unfortunately, my children are pyromaniacs. Therefore, I am what you might call a “whale” consumer for the industry of fire extinguishers.Let me start from the beginning. I was a nervous young father in the labor and delivery room, anxiously awaiting our firstborn baby boy. Upon the birth, they rushed him away to the incubator where my little child knocked over the heat lamp and burned down the nursery, causing all the nurses to risk their lives saving the babies. We thought it was a coincidence until the lad stole a cigarette from a smoker outside the hospital and threw it into a parked car, igniting the car as we left the hospital. When he was a toddler, he started electrical fires, natural gas fires, and good old fashioned wood-based fires. Think of Jack Jack from the movie “The Incredibles”. I know exactly what that family is going through.Fast forward to the advent of the FireXo Mini fire extinguisher. This has been a gamechanger.We have them on every corner. Santa used to bring baking soda as stocking stuffers in our house, we hope he will bring FireXo Mini fire extinguishers.Our thrice-daily fires are legendary and a joke amongst the neighborhood. Neighbors will send their unwanted rodents to our home where they will catch fire and run far far away to bother our neighborhood no more. We installed a swimming pool so we can just toss the burning items right in to douse the flames.This FireXo mini extinguisher will put out grease fires, battery fires, gas fires, and fires on clothing and wood. It is the ultimate package. And you can’t relight the fires either. The stuff still works.You might wonder, since we are exposing our children as they Spontaneously ignite into flames, whether we have experienced negative effects from the chemicals. The answer is an emphatic NO! The chemicals in here are non-toxic. Any autism my children have are from the lead paint covering their hot wheels toys and not from this fire extinguisher.I know what you are thinking, “is the extinguisher canister recyclable?” The answer is a resounding YES! This company isn’t into polluting.However, the can is so beautiful you are going to keep the empty ones next to your fancy empty liquor bottles. Right next to the Louis XIII bottle of Cognac or your Bowmore 1957 bottle of Scotch. Your friends will see your FireXo cannisters and ask you what type of fires you put out with it.You might frame the Firexo cans where you put out the most difficult fires, like the 2012 Tesla Roadster battery fire you put out after the fire department couldn’t get the fire under control (but you did with your FireXo extinguisher while you laughed at the firefighters), or the FireXo cannister you used when you saved the Romanian Orphanage from burning down with a single can, maybe even only using your pinky finger for dramatic flair.What I’m saying is that maybe you don’t have a pyromaniac youngster and you just want a simple ability to put out the flames in your Hibachi or Weber grill. This is the perfect solution for you.Please note that I actually have only put out one fire with this and it was an outside wood fire that I ignited solely to test this product.I really like this product and think it is an excellent product but I haven’t actually put out a Tesla battery fire with it or doused my flaming children with it.My kid is a pyromaniac though. That’s true.

The size is perfect, and although I haven't used it yet I am overwhelmed that someone would design such a convenient item. I have it in the cabinet by the stove and when I do get the chance to use it I will update my review. The manufacturer gets 5 stars for having thought of something so lightweight and easy to use. :-)

Arrived already past its expiration date! It was a real bummer since this extinguisher looked good and I need one.

Product came fast! Great company, excellent customer service. I, unfortunately, experienced a house fire last year and lost almost everything. I plan on having several of these little powerhouses all over the house. You can never be too prepared!! They are super easy to use and fit just about anywhere!

The compact size is perfect for hiding in the glove box of my classic car. You want to have one, but you don’t want it to stick out for car shows and cruise inns.

Very small extinguisher. Perfect to keep in your vehicles. I gave it two stars because one of these two that I purchased leaked around the cap.

I received an expired can and residuals left from the spray on the inside of the cap. Looks used. There’s also a few small dents on the can.

The media could not be loaded.  I love the size! It fits perfectly in glovebox in the car. That way it stays out of sight from my children.
