I was surprised when I first got these as I couldn't believe that three pair fit in such a small package. I then opened it and realized that it really was three pair - just super thin and super narrow. If you have a medium sized foot this might be ok, but if you are large or wide these will leave space on either side.More to the point, if you are getting these to reduce odor, this helps a bit because of the cedar wood and the cotton wicking. But it doesn't work as well as activated carbon, and is more expensive to boot.

The odor control is just as described. I was so excited I bought a second packet. However, depending on the shoes some of these are already curling up the heel and in my experience once that happens they're more or less done for, they will continue to curl up and dig into the back of your heel progressively. I think this is because the cotton layer is so smooth it really doesn't grip the shoe at all so if you happen to slide your foot inside the shoe it will slide too.

It's a bit odd to have wooden inserts... but they're the best moisture wicking for sweaty feet I've tried yet. All Dr. Sholl's and Odor Eaters products have failed miserably.It doesn't offer ALL day wicking but sure helps alot. if you can get out of your shoes a few times a day you should be golden.A bit expensive, but again... it's the only product I've found that works for sweaty feet.

These can cause your feet to dry out

I have purchased these cedar insoles a few times, and I must admit that I am mildly obsessed with them! They are the best solution I’ve found to smelly flats with pretty much no downside to speak of. For years I’d been walking around with stinky feet looking for an elegant solution to stinky flats. I’ve tried anti-odor sprays (ew) and no-show socks (so annoying), all with pretty meh results. Then I stumbled upon these insoles and they have worked wonders! I put them in all of my shoes that I wear a lot and want to wear without socks. These inserts even make it possible to wear cute flats with no socks when I travel and am walking many miles per day, without my boyfriend refusing to talk to me when I take my shoes off. They can be cut down to the perfect size (which I did when my size was sold out and I had to buy a full size larger), they are comfortable and don’t irritate my feet at all. I replaced the fabric insole in my Rothy’s shoes with these (which, by the way, stank to HIGH HEAVEN), and they completely solved the odor issue. It may seem pricey compared to other solutions, but it’s SO worth it. I use these constantly and replace them every few months. Stinky flats no more!

Wasn't sure how these would do but they fit my shoes perfectly. When I first put them in and tried the shoes on it felt slightly weird like I was walking on a slick piece of plastic. After 30 minutes though I forgot I was wearing them and they had molded perfectly to my feet. I did pull them out to see how the wood held up and it was curved to my foot profile and the wood was just as flexible as original. I did smell them and they still had the faint cedar smell but no bad odor at all! My feet don't feel as sweaty while wearing my shoes as they usually do. Will see how well these hold up after some time. Only reason for 4 stars is don't know how well they hold up. Manufacturer states estimated life span of ~3 months. Will revisit after that time.

I was hopeful but didn't expect that I would ABSOLUTELY FALL IN LOVE with these insoles (which is what has happened). I just ordered more in bulk so I have them for all of my shoes. These are thin enough that you don't notice you are wearing them, but for flats, booties, oxfords - any shoe that you want to wear in the summer without socks, these are incredible and amazing. My feet stay dry, my shoes stay fresh. No more "swamp foot" or shoes that you have to throw away after a couple of months because they just reek from being worn constantly without socks. I am not kidding. At first I thought the price was more than I really wanted to pay when I bought the first pair, but after experiencing how well they work, I consider them priceless. (Priceless may be a stretch, but they are for sure worth every penny.) As I mentioned, I just bought a six-pack so I have them for all of my shoes. I am a true believer in Zederna insoles and will sing their praises to anyone who will listen.

I will buy this product again and again! They are comfortable, easy to slip in shoes, provide a nice grip so my feet don't slide around and help control odor.

Dislike...nothingI like the feel, smell, and comfort of Zederna cedar wood insoles as my feet have defeated on and off athletes foot. I changed all my footware and socks for new ones. The insoles keep me cool and dry through non cheemical means. The wood feels great on my skin and feet feel fresh and clean.

I'm extremely please with these soles, they actually absorb moisture so my feet are no long damp and sweaty when I get home from work. Also, best of all my shoes no longer stink, even my trainers are still smelling fresh after 6 months of regular wear. Zederna cedar soles are not cheap but they are worth their weight in gold.

I'd never heard of cedar wood insoles until recently - but I've used cedar wood blocks in my wardrobes for years, to deter moths.I'm probably going to add these to all my trainers and summer shoes.

These insoles keep my feet feeling comfortable and dry, even after wearing them to work all day. I no longer have to worry about kicking my shoes off in the office! Would definitely recommend.

These are amazing; really worked. I suffer from sweaty feet and I found the smell disappeared. Super absorbent and light weight. Would recommend to anyone, especially friends and colleagues.
