So my chair had been broken for the past 2 years and I was too tight to have it fixed. I found this cable a while ago, but didn’t order it. After looking for the correct one I reached out John the owner and ask for advice, he responded within 2 hours. Not sure which one to get as my cable had broken he told me which one to order. The cable arrived just a few days later and I fitted it in under 5 minutes. I now have my chair back working like new and something I would had to pay someone over £40 to come out and fix. Identical replacement for broken part
Unlike supposedly "universal" replacements, this one had just the right amount of exposed metal cable to match the part that had failed on our sofa. Fitted easily (but it was my third attempt after buying two previous products which were not as good). Can't comment on durability as I've only just fitted it, but it seems sturdy enough...

fantastic service
the cable arrived the day after ordering. It was the correct size and works the recliner just as well as the original. I was impressed by the information which came with the cable ie. that a cable could be made to order if the one supplied was incorrect.

Follow seller's info on measurements before ordering, then you should have no problem.
