Packaging was very poor. Arrived damaged and box flimsy and dented.Item inside thankfully was OK and did not get damage.Once in the glass ball was lovely and perfect.However in future I will purchase from elsewhere because at least then I won't worry about how it arrives

Bought as a gift although if I'd known hermes (past issues with this delivery service) was delivering would have found gift elsewhere, however seller was excellent with communication and item arrived safely. I'm pleased with this item
