One of my injuries I'm left with is an issue walking...no feeling and tingling in my left leg to my toes..nerve damage...and constant cramping. I get laser treatment and the woman that does this twice a wk recommended your company and product. So I use it in my tea and water and yes I feel it's eased the cramps...and spasims as to date it's been 3 days off the Valium and using this product only... Would recommend...
