Measurements should be included in the description. This item seems sized for a child, not a small adult. Unfortunately, since I opened the package, it is non-returnable. Not sure how one ascertains the size without opening the package. Very disappointing.

Thinner than the ATN...I use these for daily activity like work or shopping. Can even wear under my skirt without much worry...Don't allow them to get too wet ie they will leak, I usually change 2 or 3 a day plus and overnight diaper...wetting only.

I love these. They are resealable and absorbs well. I use then with my disabled son who is about 65 lbs and very small in the waist. He is able to walk so they hold up.

These are one of the absolute loudest adult diapers. Definitely do not purchase these if you're worried about others noticing. Absorbency and thickness is less than average. If you're in between a medium and large, I'd recommend getting the large because they seemed a little smaller than other medium sized adult diapers.

I purchased these for my mom who weighs 130lbs and these drowned her! However they weren't all that big when attaching the tape strips. She won't wear them because it's so obvious she's has a diaper on under her clothes.

These are very good when your going out being thin they do not show under your jeans and with the plastic backing you can feel sure they will be no leaks.

For a 5'1" , 114# , 92 y/o women, these were too small. So , don't know if was the batch or that the size chart is skewed, because the medium size overnights fit. This can be challenging, because how do you return an open bag of briefs? Seems like the reviews cover all sizes and both genders. A nurse said "nobody wears a small." as for use, feedback was neutral.
