Cons:: Only a few. You will need a pair of pliers to assemble. A few missing parts. Pros: Easy to adjust for width. Gloves and screw driver in kit a nice touch. I was missing two nuts, which I had spares in my personal stock, so not a big deal. They would have been missing from the included handles, where I could have just used a single bolt/nut for each. There is plastic protection on all surfaces that need to be removed and protect the surface. The whole apparatus is pretty slick. I had no issue adjusting the width to fit perfectly. I was concerned because my width was 24" exactly and there were two options: 18-24" and 24-30". I got the 24-30 thinking that I could always trim if needed. The limit turned out to be less than 24 if one were to partially block the hole for the grease trap. I would definitely recommend wearing the gloves provided. The edges are VERY sharp. Time will tell whether or not the stainless holds up over time. I will never understand why the Charbroil main box is indestructible while EVERYTHING else will rust. I have replaced burners, grates, re-welded the support frame and now replaced the grease tray - which I didn't know existed until now. I should be good to go for several more years now, fingers crossed.

At first, I was a bit put off by the apparent dull finish on the tray sections. Then, I realized they all had a protective plastic coating on both sides of the metal. When I took the plastic off, they were incredibly bright and shiny. Not that it matters, of course, since the tray is out of sight once installed, but it did give a nice impression. Also, I appreciated the inclusion of soft gloves in the package to protect your hands while assembling the tray. It seemed unlikely that I would cut myself on the metal edges, but the extra precaution made sense. The main three sections of the tray are put together quite easily with just eight screws. Then, there were the handles and the rails for the drip pan. Altogether, assembly took about 15 minutes.

This is so much better than the one my bbq came with. All.parts are covered with a plastic you remove before assembly. It's all stainless steel. The width should fit most bbq's. The length is adjustable. Took me about an hour to put together but I was Watching TV at the same time. It's such good quality that the supplied screw driver went into my tool box after. The instructions are great and easy to read. (See pic). I would tell you I would buy it again but I'm certain it will last longer than my bbq.🙂

Initial Review: Very simple to assemble. Just use care in peeling off the protective coating since the edges are slightly sharp. By no means are they razor sharp, but they aren’t rounded. Everything you need for assembly is in the box. This is an economical way to replace the old, rusty pan and drip catch. I also replaced the tents which will also be reviewed. I mention this in the event you have the same grill and want to be sure you get ones that will fit.

Much, much higher quality product than the original drip pan but also better than the replacement pan I bought a few years back.. This one seems sturdier and able to not bend under the constant pressure of being at an angle. That being said, when i was adjusting the tray to make a perfect fit on the back of my grill, i sliced the F out of my thumb. Granted I probably should have had gloves on but I didn't think or realize the top lip would be like a dang razor, typically those are rounded of or designed knowing people will be touching or grabbing them at some time or another. Oh well, worth it

I ordered this as a replacement for my Nexgrill model 720-0888N (5 burner grill) and it fits & works perfectly. I say it's even better than the original one that came with the grill. It is made of thicker and sturdier material and is easy to assemble. Stop looking and buy this one.

The materials were carefully packed and in good order. Assembly was tedious but worth it. The tray slid right into place. and the handles and grease catch were an unexpected bonus. I am really satisfied with this purchase and would readily recommend it to any of my friends. Good job Copiu.

This tray is good quality stainless steel and once assembled seemed sturdy. However, there were some assembly issues. The included screwdriver is inadequate to tighten the bolts. I needed a better screwdriver and pliers. And the holes in the handles were too small for the bolts so they had to be drilled out.
