I researched these tablets and have been using now from the same seller for the last 5 months. I normally suffer from chalaysis which are cracks in the corner of my mouth which is very painful. Since taking these I’m amazed. I haven’t had it since. The tablets are quite large but I am able to swallow them ( I take 2 ) daily. Happy with the results so thank you.

To be fair, having read the reviews, it seems that all the L-Lysine supplements are large and hard to swallow. I chose this one having decided there were less reviews mentioning how big they were but sadly they are massive. I cut one in half yesterday and it was still difficult to swallow so today I’ve cut it into three bits and a piece still got stuck going down. Maybe it’s the coating, I don’t know, but if you have issues swallowing tablets (which I don’t normally) then these aren’t for you. I saw someone mention drops, I might have to go hunt out some of those instead. 🙁
