Omega Paw Cleaning Litter Mat

I purchased this product almost a year ago and have only just had to throw it away due to my cat having a slight moment and weeing all over it. *sigh* I really did like it, because at first it worked. I slid it under a hooded cat litter tray and when the cats came out of the tray, they would walk on the mat and all the litter would gather.Unfortunately it stopped working well. It was very hard to clean up the litter because it gets wedged in the mat. I obviously pick the mat up, shake the litter out and hoover it all up but alot of the time I had to spent a while shaking every single piece out. 6 months into it, I found that it didn't pick up much. I think I might purchase it again but in a bigger size as I have a ragdoll.

Thought this was identical to a mat we already had, but this one is very floppy making it slightly trickier to pick up and tip the litter back into the tray. That said, it wasn't actually expensive so as long as you remember to use both hands it does the job.Not sure how long it will last for though as this morning I noticed the plastic seems to be peeling,(almost as if it had a layer coating the top)

We love this litter mat. It compliments the Omega litter box. It's so stylish and does the job very well. Of course we still have to vacuum around the litter tray a few times a week, but it would be the same with any mat. It catches a lot of the litter from our cat's paws, but I really don't think any mat would catch absolutely everything.

Great idea but my kittens don't like the feel of it and are jumping over the mat when entering and exiting the cat litter tray. However, bits of litter are falling on the mat and it is being contained in one place.

useful but not magic: there's still litter all over the place when the cat gets out of the litter box. still, it's better than nothing

Well it works and reduces cat tread of litter around the house. At first they jumped over it but in a day or so my cats got used to it.

Smaller than I expected. Does trap some cat litter (which you then have to pick out to clean) but for the price I was expecting better results.

Nice idea but being too small, the cats simply jump out of the box/tray rather than walk on it. This results in more mess than not having the mat at all.
