We bought this for our 16 yr -old daughter. It was a surprise but surpassed her best expectations of what a blue-tooth speaker could be.Firstly, - for her , the white/grey marble effect was just perfect, as that is the "in-thing" for her and matches everything she is collecting.Secondly, with a phono-mini jack lead, she can use this to give a boost to her small portable (Crossley) turntable (also white/grey marble!).The sound is very good - well, it's fine considering it's only a pair of 5W speakers, and more than adequate.Finally, what trumped all her expectations were the lights, and the fact that you can switch light colours, and then the function where the colours rotateA very happy daughter this Christmas.The housing is robust, well made, and stylish as well.

A very pleasant surprise from SANTA today! This is a most deceiving little item, looks like butter wouldn't melt but can make some real noise. Simple to set up and use, it is very comfortable to transport too. I chose the one to match our decor and it blends in perfectly.
