This IS the wireless doorbell you are looking for...................droids?.......what droids?
First, the bad news- i need a tiny set screw to 'lock down' the doorbell to keep it from being stolen, and hopefully the seller is sending one - I did try an eyeglass place but none of their screws were long enough - the screw is for a tiny thread on the base. Now, the good news - it is fairly large and feels well-built and has place for two huge lithium batteries (separate) - the PRIOR bell I bought lost 20% of its power in only 2-3 days, so am hoping that will not be a problem with this one. Also it has internal SD memory - no cloud service is needed. The setup was pretty easy, and unlike others, I found the built-in share function with the ToSee app to be able to easily add other devices to the doorbell with the 'generate QR scan image' which completely automated the process - so multiple people can easily be notified of rings and tap into the audio and video stream. And since only I can generate the QR scan image necessary to add other users, it provides an additional layer of security. I do agree that the motion sensing with this is 'wonky'- even on the lowest setting I get a fair amount of false positives - so i cut that off. Am impressed that it still shows color in fairly low light at good quality, and the light level has to be low to turn on IR - which is also good quality. Finally, I'd advise all of these sellers - to hire professional translators that are truly bilingual, to translate into English their instructions- there are areas in the booklet (microscopic script BTW - had to use 2 pairs of reading glasses at times) where the instructions are not crystal clear at first. Also - for the reviewer who said his batteries didn't work (ordered separately) - get the ones with a 'button end'. NOT flat and see if that helps. update - my set screw arrived today and it locks down nicely. Also forgot to mention this bell comes with an inside separate component so that we also can hear it locally when home. I LOVE this doorbell. It really only misses the fifth star because the motion detection needs to be controllable for distance and arc/zone which some bells doorbells allow.,

This product need to improve
Pros1. Internal 8G flash, so you don't have to pay monthly service fee.2. Extra ChimesCons1a. Poorly instruction manual without info on details installation. 1b. No A.C. spec info voltage2. No technical support and local contact3a. TOSEE android app consump battery. 3b. To much latency and delay after user push button and viewing the realtime video. 3c. Missing the notifications: 3 out of 10, the ToSee app will miss the notifications.

Doorbell seems great. Required app... not so much.
The doorbell itself seems great... but the ToSee app is really not working good, and pretty much renders this expensive piece of equipment useless. It sends notifications for motion detection, but when you click into them, nothing is there. Is there a timeline for a fix for this? It appears multiple people on the Apple app store are complaining of the same issue. One day the app was malfunctioning so much, it was sending us notifications every 30 seconds for motion activity when nothing was there.

The motion detector on this Video Doorbell is a real disappointment.
The Good: Easy setup, good wireless remote camera and doorbell. Good day and night picture quality. The App allows you to access the camera and speaker from anywhere via smart phone. Good price for a remote day/night camera + doorbell. Good battery life from quality batteries (Samsung) but watch for counterfeit and poor quality batters. The Bad: The motion detector is way too sensitive. There is no trigger distance adjustment. Any small wind results in numerous triggers to your phone. This can occur every 20 seconds or so on a mild day. The alerts were so numerous I had turn them off which also turns off doorbell notification. The unit is bigger than expected (3x5-1/2X1-1/4 inches). My 3 star rating: 1 star as a security device because the bogus alerts are too numerous to keep the app on my phone turned-on; 5 stars as a remote wireless camera with doorbell that can be accessed from anywhere in the world.

Motion Detectors are TOO sensitive
Even though overall the product worked okay in regards to set up and ringing the doorbell and seeing video, it became obsolete because of the associated application and the motion sensors. I wanted to be able to get notifications on motion at my front door, along with notifications of when the doorbell rang when I was gone. Well, the application only has three motion settings 'low', 'medium' and 'high'. I had it on low for the three days I had this product and I got notifications every 2 minutes on my phone, and it was just the wind and cars going by- low was SUPER sensitive. There is no setting on the app that allows you to set motion boundaries. Not to mention, I can't turn off the notifications without turning off notifications on the doorbell! So it was all or nothing with this product. I switched to the Ring, which the app for that doorbell has everything you need for motion detection! I only get alerted if there is true motion in the boundaries I set. Overall- if motions do not matter to you and you just want a WiFi doorbell- then this is for you.

Does what they say it will
I tried Ring 6 or 8 months ago and never could get the motion detector to work like I wanted so I returned it then the Pro came out and I tried it. The Pro works great I am very satisfied with everything. I didn't even have to open my tool box everything needed is included. I have a 16 volt transformer and thought it may be trouble but it has been in use for about a month now and no problems after I got all adjustments made to my liking.

Like the multiple features it provides
Like the multiple features it provides, especially having the chime that comes with the video doorbell. Easy to install and sync withe App. But the live video is slow to respond.

Very nice product.
Very good product. Great quality video. Could not give it 5 stars due to motion detection even on low sensitivity notified me of every minor movement ( leaves blowing..etc) Love the many variable doorbell ringers to choose from. Put it to good use yesterday and 2 Jehovah Witnesses came to the door and was able to talk to them and view them on my phone from my recliner and shoo them away. :)
