Caps for the ends of the extrusion do fall off from time to time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wrong Screws/Nuts *by R***D on October 9, 2024* The quality of the product itself appears to be of good construction. I would love to actually be able to use this product but I cannot assemble it with the screws/nuts they sent. The assembly screws are the wrong size. The smallest round head screws (#12 from their instruction manual) are too long to be used in the assembly. They also do not have the proper amount of round-head screws or slide nuts. They included a total of 10 slide nuts (see my picture). There are two desk mounts, each mount needs 10 for the base connection and 4 more for the custom mount section that attaches to the peripheral (Joystick/HOTAS). That means that I need 28, not 10. Update - I contacted the manufacturer and they are sending the correct screws. They have been very responsive 2nd update - They sent the correct screws and nuts.
