Marked UKTX003 on the back, Cardale part numbers AZAA 1007 and AZAR 2003, the code is set by DIP switches, operating frequency 418 MHz. SETTING YOUR TRANSMITTER CODE Before you can use your transmitter you must first set the security code so that it is the same as your existing transmitters. 1 .Remove the screw located on the back of your existing transmitter and carefully lift off the front, put the transmitter to one side, now remove the screw and front of the new transmitter. 2. Locate the row of 10 switches on your new transmitter and adjust their position using the tip of a ballpoint pen so they match your existing transmitter. NOTE: 'ON' is in the down position on the new transmitter, whilst 'ON' is in the up position on the original. 3. Check that you have set the switches correctly, fit the front and replace the screw. Your transmitter is now ready to use

Works very well
This was bought as an extra opener to use for a unilift with a uktx003 handset, as we had just one of those left to us by the previous owner of the house we've just moved to.The cross head screw holding the new device cover on wasn't the best and it was necessary to open it to setup the dip switches. Even with the correct screwdriver it was difficult to get the cover open to set the dip switches, and the metal was very soft and chafed a little with the force needed to turn the screw! So I knocked one mark off for that. Otherwise, once set up it worked perfectly! I'm glad these are still available for such older units as the Unilift garage door opener which it now controls.

The only way I know which one is the original is this one's case isn't scuffed like the original
Having moved into a new house which has an remote control garage door but only one remote I needed to buy another. Amazon to the rescue......So this remote is identical as far as I can tell to the original. It took me less than 5 minutes to set it up (you open the case up and move some switches found inside - I copied my original). It then just worked. I've had it for 6 months now and it's worked flawlessly in that time. The only way I know which one is the original is this one's case isn't scuffed like the original. If you need a spare/replacement remote and your original looks like this then this will be perfect. Not a lot else I can think of to say really - push button once and door opens, push button again and door closes.

works fine
I've bought these controllers before, and they work great, bit expensive but you get what you pay for.

Pricey but good
It worked like a charm after following instructions in few minutes. But it is quite pricey.

Good but expensive.
Easy to set up. Works first time once code duplicated. Good range. Pity it's a bit too expensive.
