Although he understood all the numbers and letters in the book, I found this exercise book very useful in teaching him how to follow instructions and answer questions and most important of all - how to express what he knows eg. "which is biggest?" vs "which is bigger?". For an impatient little boy, he normally had problem sitting down for 10 mins, but he loved reading and doing things with this exercise book. The colourful pages made learning lots of fun too. The 320 pages last about 10 weeks with him working on a few pages per day. It was an American book, but I had no problem with the American $ money exercises, I'd simply substituted it with Sterling Β£/P. It is a bargain!!!
