I only use KPMF branded luminescent vinyl - not to be confused with cheap imported Chinese glow vinyl which gives off a pungent solvent smell! IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Glow in the dark stickers work by storing energy from a light source, allowing the sticker to glow after the light source has been removed. Phosphors radiate visible light after being energized. This means you have to expose the stickers to light for a while before they will glow in the dark. Phosphors then slowly release their stored energy over time. As they release the energy, they emit small amounts of light, which we see as a glowing sticker. I only use film which meets specifications: DIN 67510PI / ASTM E 2072-00 / BS 5499: Part 2:1986 The brighter the initial light source, the brighter and longer your sticker will glow for. A well charged sticker should be visible in total darkness (albeit fading gradually) for between 6-8 hours. Anything other than total darkness will reduce the effectiveness of any glow in the dark product. Glow in the dark stickers DO NOT glow without having been exposed to light.
