Review: Strong and does the job! - Great product. Used it to hold up my picture frames, and they're still on the wall! Also used it for my temporary blackout blinds and worked great. I sized up my frames and bought the right size accordingly, and like that, there was a black option since all my frames are black and you can't see the strips now :) I have a VERY heavy corkboard with a collection of enamel pins and used 2 strip anchor points on either side. It's also stayed on the wall when my room reached 32 °C in the heat wave. Nice. Unsure of the effect on the wall if you try to remove it, but I rent, and I plan to paint over any marks anyway. However, if you cut them smaller, they no longer work, so avoid doing this!

They’re so much easier to use, far less messy, and they’re especially brilliant if you’re living in rented accommodation. One of the biggest advantages for me is that they remove cleanly without damaging the wall, so there’s no need to fill holes or repaint when it’s time to move out. As long as you follow the instructions and pull the tab in the correct direction when removing them, they come off cleanly and easily. I’ve used them on everything from lightweight prints to heavier picture frames. For larger frames, I simply use a few extra strips as recommended, and I’ve never had a frame fall down. The hold is surprisingly strong and reliable. I’ve been so impressed with them that I’ve recommended them to friends and family, and many of them now use Command Strips regularly too. **Q: Would these be any good for fastening a number plate on**
A: I am very doubtful that they would keep number plates on because of the vibration from the vehicle and number plates.

**Q: Can you use these to hang a picture onto wallpaper**
A: I don’t see why not - think it would be easier if the wallpaper was smooth - haven’t tried it though.

**Q: How many total “strips” (not pairs) is in this package please? How many frames will it hang?**
A: 12 pairs is 24 strips in total You will need a minimum of 2 pairs (4 strips) for small or lightweight pictures such as canvas and 4 pairs (8 strips) for larger heavier pictures. You will find the recommended weight limitation on the front of each packet, be they small, medium or large. We now have all our pictures in the house fixed with the strips and only the large heavy mirrors still need conventional chains/cables.

**Q: Has anyone actually tried to remove these from the wall without any damage?**
A: As long as you pull it in the direction it was placed, and not pull away from the wall, I've had no problem.

These are good but quite thick, so the picture sits off the wall and you can see the strips. Doesn't really bother me and could possibly be how I have attached them. They work great, regardless and is much easier than drilling into the wall!
