Some issues with this otherwise nice chair. It came with no instructions on how to assemble it, but I have assembled many of similar design so that was no issue for me, it might be a serious issue for many buyers though. As for the chair quality, the headrest mounting screws do not line up through the headrest to the back and I stripped the tips of them trying to mount it. The nuts inset in the back are very rough threaded and messed up the screws. The headrest appears it was modeled in software separately and its mounting surface does not match the chair back, causing the slight misalignment.I had to:Retap the 6mm nuts in the chair back (have a 6mm tap fortunately).Fix the screw threads with a file.Drill out the headrest holes to 8mm.It is comfy, it looks nice. I sort of recommend it but one would want to just drill out the headrest holes to 8mm at the start to avoid messing up the screws. It should go together OK after that. Mine may have had the screw nuts installed in the chair back wrong at the factory. Maybe try to install them very gently, if they dont line up and thread do not force them use a drill and make the holes bigger to 7.5mm than 8mm it that doesn't work. If that sounds like a pain maybe get a better chair in a price range that allows some factory quality control, from a manufacturer that actually does that. This chair was so cheap I can't really give it a negative review, the fix was easy enough for me but I design and manufacture things. Having a 6mm tap on hand to fix the nuts in the chair back was the difference between sitting comfy or being angry and packing it up for return.Without the headrest mounting issues I would give this 4-5 stars, if it had the instructions and had gone together without issue, 5 stars, so for anyone able to deal with some assembly issues, I recommend it for comfort adjustability and looks, but if one has no tools or much ability to fix things, spend more and avoid the hassle.

Not very comfortable and the headset's screws wouldn't fit.

The chair is easy to put together and is comfortable.

headrest came broken, didn't realize until after it was assembled, thinking about returning.

It has high low settings. Recline settings. Arms rest. Head reast. Very confortable. I build it with my 12 years old daughter !

Crap, it came with pieces missing and the headrest broke almost immediately. Decently comfortable but you can really feel the cheapness. Returned.
