I purchased this IP Camera from the Amazon marketplace on the 27/09/2017, it arrived within the specified timescale & was adequately packaged to prevent damage in transit. I opened the box & it contains the camera, mains adapter and instructions. If you're planning to set your camera up using the wired option, you'll need a network cable. The camera does have twin ariels for WiFi connection which is very easy to set up. Before youinstall the camera, please download the app called YooSee (Android & Ios versions are available) Being totally honest, I found the instructions hard work, the information was there, you just had to unscramble it, lol. That said, once I had installed the app on my phone, I had the camera connected& up & running in 3 minutes (WiFi) & another 2 minutes with the wired connection. Picture quality is excellent as is sound quality. I found the cameraextremely well featured, as good as cameras on offer at twice the price. The app too is packed with lots of features that make the camera very versatile. VFM? yes very much so & the quality of manufacturing is second to none. Once the camera & software is set up, there was a firmware update on offer which I suggest you carry out this added more features. There is also PC software available to monitor your camera on line anywhere in the world which you can also do via your smartphone. UPDATE: there are a couple of bugs in the software where some of the features keep reverting back to default, video quality being one which defaults back to SD when set on HD but nothing that can't be ironed out. At under £25 with all these features, this package is an absolute steal, highly recommended!!

Had a problem, and still do in that I can't connect to this camera via the phone app - keeps looking for a password, which says its 123 - on a label under the camera, but no luck.Mailed the supplier for help a few days ago but no reply.In the meantime I downloaded from the makers site a program called CMSClient (Window) and I can see it on my PC via WiFi.I can control it and record to my PC's HD - which is fair enough, and it's not bad quality, even in the dark, but I don't want to have the PC on all the time to record - defeats the purpose.Put a 64GB SD card in the camera hoping that would maybe work, but still no luck.Will give it until the start of the new year to see if I can work it out, but if the supplier does not respond I will be sending it back.

... and that reason is because it is rubbish.The initial setup was fairly straight-forward. However, the first problem is that app - either it will give you a push alert any time anything moves or it won't - there's no option to only monitor the camera while you're out. That renders it basically useless.After 2 hours it broke. A factory reset fixed it, and then it worked for another day. Then it started emitting a loud alarm that could only be silenced by pulling the plug out.In summary - even if it worked properly, which it doesn't, the app is so badly designed that it would be useless anyway.Returned.

I’m so glad I bought this , it’s for my rabbits outdoors to keep an eye on them as they have a few health problems .The cost is really good for the product. Really easy to install I hope it carry’s on being as good as it is now. I’m buying a second one !!

Mine worked three times and died. By the time I realised, the return period was over!
