(Note:Please wait for the glue to cool down before pulling, otherwise the pulling plate will be easily pulled out and ineffective. 3. You can wipe the alcohol on the car surface and glue which can improve the stickiness of the glue.

This product is crap!!!!! It doesn't make any dents or anything at all come off your vehicle. The glue doesn't stay on your vehicle long enough to fix your problem. I've used 4 different shape heads and I've done what the directions THEY GIVE YOU says to do and it doesn't work. I've been trying to fix my car for 4 hours and tried using different angles....... It’s good, the only considerations I’d say is to 1: grease the handle where it slides along, there’s metal on metal contact there and it wasn’t greased from the factory. It also just makes the pull action of the tool much smoother. And 2: use boiling hot water to warm up the area before pulling the dent, it makes the metal easier to pull out. Seems pretty good to me. I wouldn’t necessarily call it a “paintless” dent remover, maybe paint is unaffected in some cases, but if you’re fixing a dent than you likely need to sand, paint match , and clear coat anyways. But I’d still give it 5, for the cheap cost you get a lot and the tool itself is high quality. Many of these poor reviews are due to user error
