TAF288S-MT Two Handle 8 inch Widespread Bathroom Sink Faucet with Pop-Up Drain, Matte Black

Ammanedment to my original review: recently received this replacement faucet and installed it. I installed it myself in about 40 minutes because I had to squeeze into my vanity but while taking apart the old faucet and installing this one I could already see the differences in construction, quality, previous parts that were plastic are now metal, etc. when I had the old review I gave this faucet 3 stars but changed my review to have 5 stars, I am SO happy with the customer service I received. First off, I didn’t even reach out to the company, they emailed me after reading my review, let me know they changed the manufacturing process since I purchased it so they would have a way better quality product and without me asking they confirmed my shipping address and sent the new faucet via fedex. Unbelievable! I will continue to use this company and I urge you if you ever have an issue with their products, you will not be disappointed with their response. I look forward to using my new faucet and am thrilled with the outcome! Functionally, it works- but now that we have lived with it for a while, the paint is chipping and no matter how much you wipe it clean throughout the day, it will corrode. We installed this in our bathroom in October 2019 and it is now August 2020 and these issues have been persistent for a few months. Wouldn’t purchase if this is for a high traffic, use multiple times a day bathroom. See attached photos, we do not have hard water and the corroding and white doesn’t go away. Also included chipped paint photo. I would only recommend purchasing this for a bathroom you barely use.

I'm so sad about this purchase! i renovated my house in August 2019 and did all my bathrooms. I did the matte black TimeArrow faucets and then another brand in another bathroom. These black TimeArrow ones have the paint peeling and eroding already! None of my other faucets are doing this. It's so disappointing and I don't know how to get in touch with the seller! I want these replaced because it hasn't even been a year yet, and these are not holding up at all. there is no accessible information about the warranty. It says to contact the seller which i have no way of doing, so I have to leave a bad review! Hopefully this gets their attention to help me out! I'm willing to change my review if they can get in touch with me and help me, but until then, I'm stuck with a bad product.DO NOT buy these. Spend the extra money on higher quality ones like Delta. It's sad to say that you get what you pay for in just a few months.

UPDATE 8/15/18 >>>>>Since posting my original comments (below) the customer service from Time Arrow was incredible. The same day I posted about my issues below they immediately responded here and also emailed me. Since then they shipped me an entire 2nd faucet as well as a back up of the component I was having a problem with. This was much more than I expected and I am very happy with this service. It's a great faucet at a fantastic price. Thanks again!ORIGINAL POST 8/1/18 >>>>>It's great looking, but it feels a bit flimsy. I guess that's fair given the price. Can't expect it to feel as solid as a $600 Kohler faucet. The matte black is gorgeous actually. So why 2 stars? Well I'm hoping to hear from Time Arrow customer service. They are not easy to get ahold of. The pop up drain cap needs to be replaced. I don't know if I just got a bad one or not, but the surface is flaking off badly. It's only been installed for a few weeks and has had very little use. Just a small amount of water sitting on it and it's ruined the surface. It's hard to tell but in the attached photo the surface of the pop up is completely dry. All of those imperfections on the surface is where the paint is flaking and peeling off. TIME ARROW PLEASE HELP! Would love to upgrade this to a 5 star...

Product looks great and the finishes have held up well. I bought two chrome and two black faucets. However, the handles push past the off position (the whole unit moves) as the cartridges are broken. 3 out of the 4 faucets continuously drip, so I now need to replace them. Save money in the long run and buy quality fixtures.

We bought two of these for our master bath and had them installed by a plumber. One of them had the cold water handle loosen so much in the first months that you had to turn it an extra 90 degrees to get it off and even then it leaked. We have had three people try to fix it and it just won't tighten enough. Since we haven't been able to use that sink, we've only been using the other and have noticed that the cold water handle, while able to shut off, is loose and I worry that the same thing will happen to the other sink. I'm not sure how to get in touch with the manufacturer or if a part was missing but it's frustrating to not be able to use one of our sinks and I'm not sure how to resolve this.Edited to add: the company contacted me after the review and will be sending a replacement. Putting the review to 4 stars and if the replacement works I'll bump it to 5 - I really do like the faucet and will be excited if it works again.Edited - bumped to 5 because the replacement came and works great!
