I am a server in a restaurant. I use these to swipe my ID card every time I have to put an order into the computer. These crack way too easily for a restaurant situation. Maybe they would work more effectively if you didn't need to use it constantly, but they don't work for a server. My ID actually fell out while working because it cracked mid shift! Luckily I was able to find my ID. I purchased these less than 1 month ago and I've already gone through 3 holders.

Awful product and quality. I got them for manager access cards to be kept on key reel and swiped easily. Out of the 6 of us they were all cracked and busted within 3 days of light use kept on the key reel. The teeth that holds the card in cracked and fell out within the first day and then I had to resort to taping it in the holder. After all I tried to salvage it and make it work the holes to attach it to your keychain/reel busted one after another so that it couldn’t even be kept on the reel any more.

I install card readers for a living, and its helpful to have something to hold cards on a lanyard or retractable ID card holder.These do the trick for mag swipe cars. I can clip them to my retractable holder and swipe away. Price is right, but they aren't super durable. The clips that hold the card in can be broken if you hit or abuse these too much. But you can get 10 of them here for the price that you'd get 1 or 2 from a college card shop. I often hand them out to coworkers and they like them.

They're good for a little bit but they break within a few weeks and the card slips out easy or the place where the keychain attached breaks off. Thank goodness I bought a 10 pack so it could last me (most of) my semester

Bought this for my daughter at college. She has to swipe her student ID multiple times a day - dorm, meals, laundry, library etc. I was concerned that her ID might fall out of the small holder but it holds it snugly without any problems. I would say I would buy it again but it came in a 10 pack so I think I will have plenty if this one ever does stop holding the card so snugly.

Purchased for the local arcade that uses swipe cards. Have not tried them out and about yet, however a severe spin test with a lanyard went well. I had to whip it hard and fast before the card fell off. The inside is beveled, providing sturdy grip.

Excellent value for the money. Purchased these for work colleagues as “gifts” for Valentine’s Day. You would have thought I’d given away winning lottery tickets by folks reactions. (We have to barge into our office hallway.)

These badge holders wear out quickly. In less than 3 months my ID card began to slip out. I had to use a rubber band to hold my card in place until I acquired a more durable one.
