I've been using this product for a few months now. I held off on writing a review until now because I wanted to make sure this was working for my issue. I have pretty severe ADD and my focus has been horrible. I also have a problem with the speed in which I process information in my head and try to successfully communicate my points of thought. This is hard to explain, I consider my problem a dissconnection in my brain.I have an unusual way of taking to long to think and respond. I used a specific nootropic before this supplement and felt I didn't get good enough results. So I searched for a completely different product that would work with my choline and PQQ supplements, and with others I take daily. This is much better than the previous nootropic and it has been helping with my focus especially while I work. Working with a lot of detailed information that is hard to keep straight, which I have to do on a desktop computer was becoming impossible. But now with uridine as part of my multi-pill regimen, along with a strong choline supplement- alpha GPC, my brain health and daily productivity has substantially improved. I will continue to use this product. It's affordable and clearly very effective and potent. The seller is also very attentive, and stands behind the product. I Highly recommend trying this for attention defects, brain fog, focus problems, etc... Consider taking the choline along with it for best results. Use an alpha GPC such as this companies product.

I take a many different nootropics to fight brain fog. I have long believed I have an issue producing or processing dopamine. When I read about uridine I was guardedly hopeful. Most things that boost dopamine have to be cycled or peak and stop working. Not so with Uridine! I mentally feel like I used to a few years ago. The feelings of sleepy and foggy have disappeared as long as I take this. I have energy and focus and a desire to do things again. My activity has increased threefold. This has been an amazing “cure” for me. I take 4 throughout a day. I take CDP choline and krill oil with 2 of those doses. These results are nothing short of miraculous. If you have been trying to boost your dopamine this may be worth trying.

what more can you want from a supplement

Works for me. Everyone is different, especially with using nootropics. For some reason this really works for me. I use other nootropics like phosphatidylserine, DHA, and magnesium threonate. I know it’s suggested to combine this with a choline supplement but I don’t seem to need it. Cheapest vegan version I’ve found.

Not going to lie, I was a little hesitant on purchasing this from a company that I never heard of. However, I can definitely say that uridine, from longlifenutri, definitely works for me. I was hesitant on trying uridine as well, as I've read that it works well for some people, and not much for others. However this stuff, paired with alpha gpc, and some coffee works well with me. Even when I don't take coffee, I feel like I don't have brain fog. I definitely like it a lot, and will most likely order more.

I feel 5% or 6% smarter after having been taking one capsule a day for about a month now. The bottle has 120 capsules in it, so it's a good deal. Make sure to take with a 1200mg liquid gel cap of Fish Oil. Uridine and Fish Oil together has a synergistic effect, if you know what I mean.

I know from published research that certain substances improve brain function, however, having tried many of these substances, I can say that it is often impossible to discern any improvement. Uridine and Choline both make a notable difference in performance and perception. It helps to expand the space in which one thinks. The difference is not profound, but it is present. It is worth the money.
