The quality of the wood is solid and feels very safe. My kids love the slide and swing, and it keeps them active indoors for hours. It was also fairly easy to assemble. Great value for the price.love it

Very good. The wood is smooth and has no smell. The installation process is also very convenient. The quality is also good. The baby can play with it the next day. She very like and play every day .

I bought this for my son’s 2nd birthday and he absolutely loves it! We had a little trouble with delivery, fed ex accidentally sent it to the wrong address. It said delivered but I could not find it anywhere. I checked all neighbors but no luck, after a day when it didn’t show up I made a report with fed ex which didn’t seem to helpful at all. So I messaged the seller on Amazon. The seller answered right away and was so very helpful! They contacted fed ex and told me that if it were not here within 2 days they would give me a full refund or send a new one. Luckily the next day it showed up at an address down the street so we did get it. But I was thankful that the seller was very quick to answer and help solve any of our issues! It was not their fault and they would have helped regardless and most companies are not like that anymore! So the customer service is outstanding! The swing itself wasn’t hard to put together we completed it within a few hours. It’s very sturdy and is made very well. My son was so happy and has been playing on it for 3 days straight! This product is cheaper than a lot of other companies but it’s made so very well. The wood work is beautiful, it’s not too big, and it’s very safe! If your contemplating buying this for your child you Absolutely should!!! It’s worth the price and more! I would recommend this to any parent with children! This is the best thing I’ve ever bought for my son!

Instructions could be a written more clearly, but otherwise it’s a beautiful playset. Very sturdy and neat.

It is very easy to assemble. My kids love playing here. It can consume their energy and help them sleep better. It can also be folded up to save space when not playing.

I looked at all different kinds for so long before settling with this one and I am so unsatisfied with this. the swing is completely dangerous my kid slides right off it when she tries to sit, she’s already hit her head on the bottom piece behind the swing. There’s gouges all throughout and it looks like they tried to put a similar but lighter color paste to fill it in. With the swing being useless it makes this whole thing pointless. Wish I settled with a different one. I hate this and I suggest you to buy a different one. It took me 4 hours to put this together just to completely hate it.

Missed a part of this slide and contacted customer support. Waited for a while to get the parts. But the customer service is very nice.

Bought this for indoor use and have had almost a year. Gets lots of use from my now 2yo. No issues, solid structure. Swing hasn't been fully utilized as he still uses baby swing at playgrounds. He will put his belly on it and swing. Also from what I recall assembly wasn't difficult either
