Rest - Deep Sleep Magnesium Powder

I've been taking Rest for a couple of weeks now, and it's made a noticeable difference. I already fall asleep quickly on my own, but the biggest thing is that I'm not waking up multiple times during the night anymore. I wake up feeling rested and ready to start the day. It's simple, works well, and has become part of my evening routine.

I’ve never been someone who jumps on supplements, especially anything that needs to be taken at night. But Rest has honestly exceeded my expectations. I fall asleep much easier, stay asleep, and wake up feeling refreshed. No heavy feeling the next morning.

I work construction, so getting solid sleep actually matters for how I feel the next day. I used to wake up constantly during the night, especially to pee, and my sleep never felt uninterrupted. Since taking Rest, I’m sleeping through the night way more consistently. I also really like that there’s no melatonin in it.

As a single mom juggling a toddler, a full-time job, and everything in between, sleep is a luxury I don’t get enough of. I lie down exhausted, only to toss and turn with a racing mind. I’ve tried melatonin and other sleep stuff, but nothing has helped consistently (UNTIL NOW!!) I was skeptical at first (I’ve wasted money on plenty of sleep supplements), but this one is different. I noticed a real shift within the first week: I fall asleep more easily, stay asleep, and I wake up without that groggy, hungover feeling I've gotten from other products. It feels gentle and natural. There’s no knockout effect, just a quiet winding down that helps my mind and body actually rest. I even feel like I’m more patient with my toddler in the morning now because I’m not running on fumes. If you’re overwhelmed, burnt out, and desperate for better sleep, I can’t recommend this enough. It’s now a non-negotiable part of my evening routine.

Good sleep is everything. I was tired of waking up at 3 a.m. and never really settling back in. Rest has helped me sleep more peacefully and wake up feeling awake instead of drained. It’s become something I genuinely look forward to each night.

Does it work? Definitely the first couple of times I can notice it’s easier to fall asleep and I don’t wake up as groggy as I would with melatonin however it is not nearly as strong as melatonin. My big complaint is that there is definitely not 28 1 tablespoon servings more like 15-19 max I think that’s where the real problem in this product lies.

I’m currently midway through a surf trip to the Maldives and Bali. Between jet lag and long days, my sleep is usually horrible on trips. I brought Synchro Rest with me on a friend’s recommendation, and after 3 weeks on the road, I’m convinced this stuff is gold. I’ve tried a bunch of sleep supplements before, but most either don’t work, knock me out too hard, or leave me foggy the next day. Rest is different. Its been helping me wind down and get some solid deep sleep. I looked into the ingredients and they’re all backed by legit science. You can tell it was formulated by someone who actually knows what they’re doing. It’s been a total lifesaver on this trip. Highly recommend if you want better sleep, especially while traveling in different time zones or recovering from long, active days.

I’ve had trouble falling asleep my entire life, generally taking hours to do so. I’ve made it a mission to try different supplements to help with this the past couple of years, and while I don’t like the flavor of this product (kind of like lemonade combined with green tea), it’s the most effective one in the bunch. I fall asleep faster and stay asleep, which is all greatly appreciated. Your mileage may vary, but this has been my experience.
