Dyslexia: A Teenager's Guide

Good detailed comprehensive guide, may be hard reading for a young person, but useful guide for parents

Being the mum who bought it to help my teenage son. I am reading it before him and I am finding it very useful, it is giving me a better understanding and also giving me good ideas to help him put into practice.

Ordered this for my son who is struggling with his dyslexia at secondary school. Brilliant book he has tried quite a few self help suggestions which seem to be working for him.

I recommend this book for anyone working with dyslexic teenagers. I have used some of the strategies with my dyslexic students and they have worked. My students have become more organised and confident.

This is a super book and my daughter is finding it a great help. It's written in a way that youngsters can relate to and as a parent, I find it very helpful also. Would recommend.

he has found it reasonably helpful although hard going...it might not be the book...it might be him...teenagers and all that !!!!

Excellent book. It really helps you to understand the problems dyslexic teenagers have. My daughter has only just been diagnosed and she's 14 years old. It's really helped her (and me!) Would highly recommend it.
